Hi everyone! 

I have a background in modeling and would like to get into it more seriously, but I've had a very hectic year and have been horrible about working out and eating healthy- I've only gained about 8 pounds, but I can tell my body-fat percentage is a lot higher than it should be. 

I have been through an eating disorder as a teenager (I recovered when I was 17, and I'm 25 now) and I wouldn't wish what I've been through on my worst enemy.  I want to work on developing a healthy lifestyle where I can feel confident in a bikini without starving myself or practicing disordered eating habits.

Looking forward to getting to know some of you who are in this with me!

Hello there,
You've got this. It's not worth going through and repeating a lesson. If anything, let that be the motivation for your next goal. Just imagine how healthy you'll be, how good you'll feel... how simple it will be.
